I honestly loved this workout so much ! i I love how i felt every muscle contract in my legs and it really helps with training my balance and coordination .

I really never workout on the Bosu ball. I usually give my clients who have flat feet  some exercises on the Bosu ball so that it can strengthen certain muscles in the feet that are connected to the ankle . I will post a video all about flat feet and what you can do to strengthen the arch of the foot and the toes !

This workout is for advanced so be careful i busted my butt and feel down in this video , ill post the bloopers later lol
