My legs are soo sore from my last Leg workout video i posted and i felt like i need to do some dynamic stretching and exercises because they felt so tight . So i decided to do some body weight exercises on the bench . No excuse you can do these everywhere !! always remember to land on the floor with your feet lightly !

I did 3 rounds of every exercise 15 Repetitions for each Set  & then i worked out my Biceps .lll upload that video for you in a bit !!
