Here is my workout yesterday . You all know i like switching up my routines . So this time i decided to go heavier and do less reps and more sets .
Warm up was pull ups and practicing my muscles ups for the first time
First set of every workout i did 15 repetitions
Each workout i did 5-6 Sets & 8-10 Repetitions
