If you’ve been already working out for a couple of months its always good to shock your body and switchup with your workout routines once in a while .
Im always trying to find ways to challenge my body so that i can be stronger .
This was a really great workout that got me sore for days . Just be careful with how much you lift you always want to make sure your form is 100 % correct to avoid getting injuired . Most important thing when it comes to training is making sure you have the correct posture . Once you loose form then your going to heavy . So always try with a light weight and then increase as you go .
When it comes to circuit training i like do 30 seconds -1 minute for each excercise and 30 seconds -1 minute breaks in between each excercise for 15-20 minutes . Do what you can and work your way up !
