Holding the\u00a0boss ball over my head the entire time got the back of my shoulders sore for 4 days !<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8\">I\u00a0honestly loooveeed this routine , especially if your lacking balance and need stronger ankles and feet .We ted to neglect those areas but they help us so much more in other workouts especially if your the type of person that is dealing with a flat foot . I will be uploading some great tips that you can\u00a0incorporate in your routine if your dealing with flat feet so stay tuned .
