Hi, I’m Dina Sari Taji, and my journey into fitness and health coaching began unexpectedly—with my own struggles. After gaining 64 pounds in just a year due to stress, unhealthy eating habits, and feeling lost, I decided it was time to take control of my life. I started small—walking in my neighborhood, making healthier food choices, and doing simple exercises at home. Slowly but surely, my body changed, but the biggest transformation was in my mindset. I felt more confident, more energetic, and more like myself.

That shift inspired me to dig deeper, learn everything I could, and help others
find that same sense of empowerment. Over the years, I’ve faced challenges—
injuries, eating disorders, and the constant pressure to maintain results. But these
experiences shaped my approach as a coach. Today, at 40, I focus on helping
others create sustainable, personalized plans that fit their lives. It’s about more
than fitness—it’s about feeling your best and finding balance.

But there’s another side to what I do that I’m equally passionate about. In the
UAE, I’ve witnessed the heartbreaking stray cat crisis. What started as feeding
strays grew into a mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome cats in need. My
best friend and I have rescued over 1,000 cats this year alone and currently care
for 450+ in a seven-bedroom villa. From managing health conditions like
ringworm and parvo to providing a safe haven for FeLV+ cats, our sanctuary is a
place of hope.

Running this sanctuary is no small task—vet bills, food, and medical care are expensive, and we receive no government support. That’s where my fitness app comes in.
