Over the years, I’ve overcome a lot—from losing 38 kilos, healing from bulimia, navigating a serious back injury, living with endometriosis, and even managing life with a non-cancerous brain tumor. Every one of those challenges shaped me into the coach I am today.
With over 20 years of experience, I’ve made it my mission to guide people through their own journeys—with compassion, knowledge, and a whole lot of heart.
Inside my personal coaching app, you’re never alone. Alongside being a coach, I’m also a passionate animal rescuer. My best friend and I built a cat sanctuary here in the UAE — a safe haven for abandoned, injured, and forgotten cats who’ve been discarded by breeders or left behind by irresponsible owners. Many come to us on the brink of death — terrified, sick, and alone. And we give them the one thing they’ve never had: a chance.

In the past year and a half, we’ve rescued over 2,500 cats and currently care for more than 400 — many with serious medical conditions that require months of treatment, testing, and rehabilitation. Every cat undergoes full health screening and is cared for with patience and compassion, with no rush to rehome — because we want to find families who will love them as deeply as we do.
